In-Store Purchase Return Policy
We will accept any full price items that weren't quite right for you in exchange for STORE CREDIT.
** The return MUST be made within 7 days of the PURCHASE date.**
** ONLINE PURCHASES REQUIRING A RETURN MUST FOLLOW THE ON-LINE RETURN POLICY. **
• Return item MUST be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
• All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags attached.
• Footwear must be returned unworn and in its original box. If the box isn't returned with the shoes, or is returned in such a state that we can't resell the shoes, your return will be refused.
• All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Store Credit for the return will be issued as a Gift Card that can be used online or in-store.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
